RETURNS
1. Can I exchange / return the product?
You can always exchange / return your order without giving reasons. However, you must adhere to certain conditions. These are: pass on by phone or email within 2 days after receiving your order to info@divine-beauty.com.Please state whether you want to exchange or return your money.

Please indicate the desired product or color in exchange;
– return the product (s) within 7 working days after receipt to:

– pack the package sufficiently, unstamped returns are not accepted by Divine Beauty;
– the products must be returned in undamaged packaging;
– the products may show no signs of use (to be determined by Divine Beauty Webstore upon receipt).
– EXCEPTION: All types of hair (both synthetic and human hair), wigs and extensions cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

ORDER STATUS

I have paid for my order, will I receive a message?

When something is changed about your order you will automatically receive a message. This applies to the moment that we have received the payment, any changes to your order have been made until the order is shipped.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

That can therefore also be within 2 days if we have the products in stock. If it takes longer than desired, we always inform the customer.

How can I see the status of my order (s)?

By logging in with your log-in details, you enter the customer data section of the website. Here you will find your order (s) and you can see their status.

I want to add something to the order, is that possible?

If you have completed the order and want to adjust or add something afterwards

I have a gift voucher. How can I cash it in?

If you have a gift voucher/coupon, you can redeem it when you complete your order. Before you click on “to the checkout” you can enter the gift voucher/coupon code . The system now automatically calculates the discount and shows this in the next screen.

Change billing or delivery address? 

If you have registered you can change all your details by logging in. So also your address details, whether this is for the delivery of the products or for sending the invoice.

Can I also pay with an authorization?

For the time being you cannot pay with an authorization.

I have not received an order confirmation.

The order has probably not been completed properly. By logging in you can see what you have ordered and also what the status of your order (s) is. Also check whether the e-mail address you entered is correct, as confirmation will be sent automatically.

How do I get to the product I am looking for?

This can be done in two ways:
1. If you know the name of the product, enter it in the lower left field under “search”. Then click on the arrow and you will arrive at the product.
2. You search through the menu category in the upper left corner of the frame. You always choose the category you are looking for and ultimately end up with the relevant product

You can pay three ways at Divine Beauty Webstore:
1. Transfer money
First wait for the confirmation e-mail then transfer the total amount to ING BANK account  NL14 INGB 0006405454 t.v. Afro New Creation, enter your order number as payment reference.
2. For payments from abroad:
IBAN:  NL14 INGB 0006405454 (International Bank Account Number)
BIC / SWIFT: INGBNL2A
3. Cash payment (appropriate) when you pick up your order you can also pin.

How can I log in?
At the top right you can log in to “Divine Beauty Webstore” under “Your customer data” with your email address and password.

Do I have to fill in all fields?
You must fill in the fields with a red asterisk.

I’ve lost my password. What should I do?
You click on “Your customer data” at the bottom, click again on forgot password. You will now receive your login name and password at the email address you registered.
